Dreamscape Activity is a publisher of adult colouring and activity books.

Authors will receive full editing, cover art, and marketing support from Dreamscape Activity.

Submissions are expected to be well-written, well-edited, and reasonably error-free.

What we're looking for: 

We're looking for colouring books, activity books, one-shot roleplaying guide books, and other unique concept books that can keep someone entertained for hours on end. Our primary audience is adult so books should be intended for that audience.

Current wants / don't wants:

  • Colouring books, minimum thirty illustrations
  • One-shot roleplaying game guide books
  • Adult activity books (word games, logic puzzles, etc.)
  • Unique concept books that can entertain for hours on end
• Don't Want
  • AI-generated art, games, or puzzles
  • Roleplaying games that require the customer purchase two or more books

A few details:

We work actively and collaboratively with authors on setting up a platform and developing a promotional plan, but we do prefer if authors already have at least one medium for self-promotion, such as social media or a newsletter. When submitting, please include relevant links in your query letter. In the case of a newsletter, please include the current number of subscribers.

Rights: Dreamscape Activity will seek ebook and print rights from the author. Works may not be published in ebook format; it depends on the nature of the work. Contracts are for three years from publication, renewed on an annual basis thereafter.

New Content: We are primarily looking for new works only. However, if your work has been previously published and you currently hold full rights, we will still consider it, but please let us know in your query.

In the body of your email, please include a brief query letter outlining who you are, what your book is about, the details of your book, and relevant social media links.

Please attach your book to the email as a Word file (doc or docx) if it's text-based or PDF if it's not.

At present, response time is within three to five weeks.
